CEO Search: College Track, Oakland CA
College Track is a powerful, comprehensive, after-school program working to increase high school graduation, college eligibility and enrollment, and college graduation rates among low-income, under-resourced high school students. College Track actively engages students from the summer before ninth grade through college graduation, providing seamless, longitudinal services that build and reinforce the habits and skills necessary for success. Through its center-based approach, core service areas, and data-driven methods, College Track creates an atmosphere of high standards and expectations, ensuring that each student is college-ready and providing support that many students do not have at home or school. With a staff of 27 and an operational budget of over $4M, the organization supports more than 750 high school and 250 college students at centers in East Palo Alto, Oakland, San Francisco, and New Orleans.
