You do not want to miss the California Network of Educational
Charters (CANEC) 10th Annual California Charter Schools
Conference. The conference will take place March 27 – 29, 2003
in Anaheim, California at the Anaheim Marriott.

As the oldest and largest statewide charter school support
organization in the country, CANEC has provided support to the
charter school community through its annual conference for a
decade. Every year, CANEC presents in depth information to the
charter school community through an extensive conference
program. This year's conference promises to provide members
of the charter school movement with the most in depth and
comprehensive information about charter schools you can find
anywhere with over 125 breakout sessions and general
      sessions.

Although the 10th Annual California Charter Schools Conference
is a statewide conference, the information shared is extremely
relevant across state boundaries. In fact, the CANEC conference
usually draws an extensive national attendance.

      Highlights:
o Nationally recognized speakers and presenters.
o Over 125 breakout sessions covering a broad range of charter
school topics, ranging from Advocacy and Policy to School
      Design.
o Networking opportunities with charter school operators,
teachers, and staff and others working to reform K-12 public
      education.

For more information (including a draft of the conference
program) or to register for the conference please visit
http://www.canec.org or contact the CANEC office at
      650-654-6003.

We hope you will join us in Anaheim this March at CANEC's
annual conference. The conference is the largest gathering of
the charter school community in the country, and will give all
attendees an opportunity to join with and learn from some of the
most prominent individuals involved in the charter school
      movement and education reform today.
