The information session will provide prospective candidates an opportunity to learn more about the Fellowship program, including curriculum, training and support; to meet current Fellows and staff; and to participate in a Q&A session to determine if this opportunity is right for you.

New Leaders for New Schools will attract and reward 70 full fellowships to extremely talented leaders who demonstrate a strong leadership record and possess a relentless drive to foster high levels of academic achievement for every child. We are seeking candidates nationwide to become New Leaders Fellows and urban school principals in New York, Chicago, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
New Leaders prepares New Leaders for the role of an urban school principal through an intensive summer institute of coursework; a full-time, yearlong, paid residency; and coaching and guidance from a corporate and principal mentors.
New Leaders provides placement assistance and ongoing professional development, coaching, and mentoring for two years after the training year.
