      Temporary to Permanent Placement

      Envision Schools is seeking an experienced Development Administrative Associate to support the administrative efforts of a fast-paced Development and Marketing function for this non-profit education organization. This position requires a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and quality; and someone who truly enjoys working with passionate people in an entrepreneurial, creative environment.

      ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
      Administrative:
      • Administrative responsibilities for all fundraising and marketing related activities including scheduling, editing, material production, filing, event planning, etc.;
      • Provide administrative support to Chief Development Officer and VP for Development and Marketing;

      Fundraising:
      • Assist with foundation and corporate grant proposals including all reports;
      • Manage calendar/timelines, work plans and compliance for foundation, government and individual fundraising;
      • Create and manage development tracking tools such as quarterly cash flow projections and development benchmark tracker;
      • Coordinate production and distribution of development mailings and communications such as fundraising appeals, press releases, etc.;
      • Provide all administrative support for Board and Development Committee initiatives and activities. Maintain project meeting notes; create reports.

      Communications, Marketing & Events:
      • Reproduction of all in-house fundraising and marketing materials;
      • Update website;
      • Produce and distribute quarterly enews;
      • Coordinate development-related school tours; serve as liaison between principals and Support Office for school tours;
      • Coordinate special events and meetings including: location, scheduling, catering, invitations, rsvps, set-up;

      Database Management and Analysis:
      • Manage prospect, donor and foundation research databases;
      • Use data to analyze success of program and inform senior staff and Envision Schools stakeholders of results.
      • Other tasks as required to support the mission of the organization.


      QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Bachelor's degree required. Degrees in English, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
      • Minimum 3-5 years' related experience.
      • Event management experience preferred.
      • Excellent business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Understanding of brand management and general graphic design presentation.
      • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and database management.
      • Analytic orientation. Comfort using data for analysis, evaluating program objectives and measuring results.
      • Flexible, out-going, people-oriented team player.
      • Thrives in a fast-paced, high energy, high growth environment with a proven ability to meet and complete multiple tasks with solid deadlines.

      SALARY and BENEFITS:
      This is temp to perm position with benefits effective the first of the month following hire date.
      Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits: Competitive benefits provided including health, sick, vacation, 403(b) retirement, and long/short-term and life insurance.
