      School Account Manager Job Description
      Revolution Foods is recruiting a full-time School Account Manager for
      our company headquarters, located in Alameda, California. The School
      Account Manager will work as a part of a small, dynamic, socially
      minded entrepreneurial team. This position comes with substantial

      Responsibilities
      The School Account Manager will play a critical role at Revolution
      Foods acting as the school community ¡§face¡¨ of the organization.
      He/she will spearhead relationships with existing school customers
      and bring on new customers as the company grows. The position is
      multifaceted but is generally focused on working closely with school
      sites to successfully implement our healthy, fresh school food
      program. This includes: setting up and training sites and school
      staff to implement program, leading marketing events with parent
      groups and greater school communities to raise awareness and
      excitement about the program, coordinating nutrition education
      activities at school sites, and providing day to day customer
      service. The School Account Manager will also be responsible for
      managing the sales process in his/her region, generating new customer
      leads and leading sales and marketing meetings on behalf of
      Revolution Foods. The School Account Manager will have operational
      responsibilities on a daily basis, including managing the logistics
      around his/her school delivery program, and coordinating with the
      kitchen team and drivers. The School Account Manager will report to
      the Executive team.

      Qualifications

      -Experience or a strong interest in working with Bay Area
      schools, particularly those serving low income communities
      -A love of working with people and operating in a ¡§community
      facing¡¨ role
      -Comfort speaking to groups of people and communicating a
      strong vision
      -Experience with sales and marketing
      -Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills and
      ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
      -Five or more years of experience in education, operations,
      administration, or other relevant field
      -Relevant experience living and working in Bay Area;
      familiarity with Bay Area market and geography
      -Experience working with charter schools and/or natural foods
      industry
      -Ability to work independently
      -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      -Demonstrated creativity, resourcefulness, and good judgment
      -Demonstrated ability to take initiative with little
      direction, balanced with a willingness to ask questions and seek
      collaboration
      -Outstanding written and oral communication, well-developed
      interpersonal skills
      -Flexibility, a sense of humor, and a willingness to jump into
      any role at a moment's notice
      -Candidate should be a "morning person" because work hours
      will likely be approximately 6AM-2PM.
