Chief Talent Officer at LEARN
The Chief Talent Officer will lead the human capital strategy across the LEARN network. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will serve as a thought leader, coach and mentor on all issues related to human capital for the executive team and school leaders. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior leader who is passionate about human capital management to help shape and grow a premier charter network dedicated to providing a high-quality education to deserving children in Chicago. Chief Academic Officer at LEARN
The Chief Academic Officer will help ensure consistent, strong academic results as the network expands. Reporting directly to the CEO, the new CAO will oversee all academic functions across the network with specific responsibility for codifying the LEARN model and improving upon the instructional practices that lead to superior academic outcomes at all LEARN schools. S/he will support LEARN’s principals, manage the Department of Teaching and Learning (DTL) staff, and carry the academic vision for the organization.
