    We thrashed out something similar a while ago with respect to the file ordering in the dialog box. Seems that browseui.dll is launched to handle the file open

      We thrashed out something similar a while ago with respect to the file
      ordering in the dialog box. Seems that browseui.dll is launched to
      handle the file open request and therefore could be a windows issue.
