Group Description

This is an experiment in OpenLaw. See www.informed.org .

It involves a series of events in which I, the victim, was deprived of virtually each and all of the inalienable rights and fundamental guarantees secured to each of us as the blessings of liberty specified in the Declaration of Independence and codified for enforcement by our Constitutions. I was, and continue to be, denied the "inherent human dignity" recognized by both the Nuremburg trials that followed World War II and codified in International Law.

Join us in this effort to overcome the BLAMING THE VICTIM or SHIFTING OF RESPONSIBILITY strategy, the hiding of crimes by moving the focus from the victimizers to the victim, by those in positions of public trust.

This group will focus on SOLUTIONS and RESTITUTION to provide a Model for the benefit of ALL, in our common defense of our Rights and human dignity. If there are not consequeces for the violations of the Rights of the Individual, with Remedy to restore their Human Dignity, NO ONE is protected by the Law.

It is directed at securing remedy for deprivations, and conspiracy in deprivation, of my economic, civil, and political Rights, initiated by an employee of a Bank and an employee of the District Attorney's Office of Harris County in Houston, Texas. From it, I believe, will come knowledge and a database of resources from our efforts that will be of benefit to many others.

Compensation is offered for help. Payment for services rendered will be made as I have the means or upon the success of this experiment as it will be tested in the the judicial branch of our government by me.

Financial Donations are encouraged and donations will be shared to offset the time of the participants in the Educational Experiment in Self-Government originally initiated by the American Revolution.
