*** Actually, it's not on the cult list in Germany ... it was removed some years ago as far as I know. As to Austria (my home country) I think it's still on the cult list but I'm not sure ... I found it disappointing that the German took it down from the list! By the way, some time ago I contacted a German cinema running the hu-spots with information on eckankar. All the guy in charge wanted to know was from where I had got the information that eckankar was a cult!! I guess he was an ekkie too and that's why they could run the hu-spot there. :-)) When I said that it was a question of honour to not reveal my source he said that that showed my lack of credibility. :-)) He sounded like a real ekkie, didn't he!

I But I doubt if it'll happen here in America, at least not for a long time. And I don't know if I really want it to. Let's face it, America was founded on the principles of freedom, especially "religious" freedom, we like it, unfortunately freedom also means the freedom to get away with scummy things, especially if it's for profit. Well, personally, I've never exactly thought "capitalism" was all that great and "socialism" all that bad. It just depends on who's running things.
*** Right on spot, Sharon! :-)
