The Electric Drive Transportation Association is having their 23rd
annual symposium in Anaheim. This is much easier to attend than last
year's EVent which was in was in Yokahama, Japan.
While attending the symposium is very expensive (and during the work
week), they do have a public day on Sunday, Dec. 2nd where you can
ride and drive various EVs such as the eBox from AC Propulsion and
electric SUT from Phoenix Motorcars. Admission to the public day is
just $10 (plus airfare) and there is a $2 discount coupon at the website:
One of the symposium speakers will be EAA Chairman Ron Freund and
Sherry Boschert from the SFEVA will also be giving a presentation
during the expensive part of the symposium on Tuesday, Dec. 4th. More
information on the speakers and their topics is available at the
website listed above.
