      Hello Everyone,

What i have done is have bought a few new 24" discs that go on a harrow and had a friend of mine weld on three 1" Black Pipe Couplings in a triangle on the bottom of the new discs.

Next i took 4 old discs and bolted them on top of the new discs with a 3" space between the discs. I then bought 9" legs and put a 1" cap on one end of the leg. In this way i can either raise and or lower the height of the discs.

This i have to set my DO pots on and i also had made 3 other new discs made the same way, but i did not put an old disc on these.

What i am doing with these that are this way is going to Lowe's and buying a round rack there that would go onto a grill that is made of stainless steel. Now i either use 1, 2, and or 3 of these racks at one time stacked on top of each other in regards to the weight of the pot that i am going to set up on the top of the racks.

I also have one of these just for my charcoal chimneys to also set on. The reason that i have done it this way is i can use all of them and or just a couple for what i need to cook with.

I myself use 5 12" deep Dutch Ovens and 1 8" Camp Dutch Oven and a couple of Dutch Ovens. I only need a few Camp Dutch Ovens because of myself using cake pan liners all of the time. I have bunt cake pans and 9 by 4 round cake pans and 9 by 2 round cake pans.

I use the Camp Dutch Oven as the same as most people use there oven at home, put the pan in and take out when through and put the next pan in and so forth.
