      There's not a ton of ebelskiver cookbooks out there.



      I believe the best of the few is one put out by Williams-Sonoma

      (VERY high end cooking store in some Malls). You can only get it through W-S. Try on line if there's no store near you.



      It's the "Ebelskiver Cookbook" and it's 112 pages of great recipes. I WOULD NOT use the W-S ebelskiver pan - too lightweight. Both Lodge and Camp Chef manufacture great pans. (btw Camp Chef calls it a Aebelskiver pan and that spelling is correct as well)



      Google or Youtube will give you some good recipes as well.
