      pancake recipe here. You mix part of the batter the night
      before to let it get good and active by the next
      morning. It also uses a bit of baking soda at the last
      minute for a mighty light batter. Do NOT put one of
      these on top of your head! Your tongue will slap you
      silly trying to get to it.
