Does anyone recognise a playground or street rhyme from 19th century
      Scotland
"Maryanne Eliza Jane Your mother turns the mangle" (said jeeringly to
the child of a poor family)?

My grandmother whose mother left Dundee in 1854, said this rhyme was
used in the very Scottish Prahran( in Victoria, Australia) when she was
      a child in the 1870s.
