      Try the Wallace's shop in Crighton Street. They stock three or four
      varieties.
      The "Wallaces Steak & Onion" bridie is tasty but nothing like a Castle
      Street bridie from days gone by, wearing, as it does, a flakey pastry
      coat. The "Old Mill" bridie is getting towards the right area.

      Or nip down to the canteen on Level 5 at Ninewells hospital and try one
      of the bridies there.
