          It's been over ten years, and I'm still using
          (and re-tweaking, lol) L3.

          I'd just recently putzed around making new human
          body parts and bearded male heads through Metaseq.

          I've also been trying some new fire, lightning,
          and explosion debris textures; and making some
          new high-res backgrounds.
          The new fire texture looks life-like... I will upload the
          sequential images for it so you can use it as you like.

          And, I've blown dust off an old DoGA project I had started
          working on a few years ago. lol
          I won't rush through it this time.

          Now that I finally have an aging duo-core desktop machine
          with a 1gb-ram graphics card I find myself preferring
          to create high-resolution textures and backgrounds,
          and rendering uncompressed avi's at higher resolutions
          (1920x1080, and 1280x720).

              Just had a very educational discussion with one of my game designing friends and we imported some models and textures from Metasequoia >> OBJ >> TableTop Simulator.  Just some essential building build blocks for making city blocks for his Kaiju and Mecha game.  Now that we have gotten past the import hurdle, time to get cracking on making some mecha playing pieces for him.  :-)

              Oh yeah, the Renegade Legion Yahoo group (which I also moderate) is on fire with talk about making a Leviathan 3.0  capital ship rulebook and I'm looking forward to contributing spaceship art to that project.

              And... my FlickTanks video game project is still trudging on.  One of the to-do items is to convert grav tanks models into papercraft kits for playing the game on the table top (and maybe TableTop Simulator which has a 'flick' action.)

              Good times, good times.
