There are actually several of those "Charlton Hero" drawings from this 1959 promotion with drawings by Ditko. A few months ago I made a list of all 56 Charlton comics that have the promotion, and keep meaning to find scans or low-grade copies of them to see if there's any more Ditko.

The ones I have, Brian had already identified the Ditko ones and scanned them, so you can see them at Ditko Fever in the links:

06 - Space Adventures #27 - generic rocketship, not Ditko
08- Unusual Tales #15 - warrior riding rat, definitely Ditko [http://www.ditko-fever.com/unustales3.html%5d
21 - Outer Space #21 - space hero with raygun, definitely Ditko [http://www.ditko-fever.com/outspace1.html%5d
          22 - Out of This World #12 - underwater hero,posted below, definitely Ditko [http://www.ditko-fever.com/ootw2.html%5d
          41 - Black Fury #18 - Horse, doesn't seem to be Ditko
51 - Strange Suspense Stories #41 - Spook with hand coming out of box, so Ditko it hurts [http://www.ditko-fever.com/charltonhero51.html%5d
