      Hi Scott,

We have developed or are developing some tool solutions in-house (for
example, FOSI architecture support tools, help generation tools and
tools linking software configuration and generation of DITA maps).

These are the commercial tools we are using at the moment in our
      Nokia DITA projects.

      1. Infoshare from Trisoft (Belgium)
      2. http://www.tri-soft.com
      3. System providing content, publishing and translation management
solution to support single-sourcing. Does not have ready-made support
for DITA, but has plans to provide this support in the future. Basic
conceptual framework is compatible with DITA principles in our
      experience.
4.Content management system - TCS system

      1. Epic Editor from Arbortext
      2. http://www.arbortext.com
      3. XML editor. Arbortext will ship a DITA document type in its
upcoming 5.1 release. We use specialised DITA DTDS and so just point
to the DTDs in the editor.
      4. Content creation

We are really just beginning to understand what kind of tools we will
      need to manage DITA specialisations.

      Hope this helps.

      Regards
