      Try the British Columbia Archives website.
      Look for "Vital Records" and there you'll find Births Marriages and Deaths
      for BC for varying years.
      Births only up to about 1905, Marriages to about 1925 but Deaths to 1980
      or so.

      If you find a record from the Index, the actual records have been filmed
      and you can get a photocopy of the actual page from several sources.
      If you live ... or know someone who does live in BC, the films are available
      in Victoria, Vancouver and several other places.
      They are also available in the Family History Library in Salt Lake.
      Photocopies from these films are inexpensive.

      You may also find that the record from the Index is available on the
      Archives Website and this is much simpler but the fee is $20 or so.
