Anyone who may have missed the BYU DNA night will still be able to give his or her samples for a short while at the Family History Centre. An appointment is not necessary, but you will need to come to the centre during regular operating hours and a staff member will be able to help you. The following rules apply:
Please be sure that you haven't eaten in the preceding half hour. If you have any questions, please call Sandy Heninger (259-6540)
- You must be 18 years of age.
- You must sign a consent form.
- You must bring a completed four generation pedigree chart. (more generations can be brought on a disk)
