Can't answer accurately without knowing the dimensions of the Park, and
those have varied over the years.

I have one source that claims the area of the Park is 97 acres. If true,
modeling this in N scale (1:160) would require 165 square feet, or a
square roughly 13 feet on a side.

You could fit this into a 2-car garage, but it'd be really tough
reaching the center!
