SDLTM files are SQLite files. You can open them in an SQLite browser, select a row, and export (copy doesn't seem to work) the source and target segments to afork_food
In the meantime, you could also use Thomas van Nellen's Tradus Studio Resource Converter for converting the sdltm file to tmx if you don't have a Studiokezza_2002_flex
