And thanks to Maureen for pointing out the right click option. Since having DVX2 I’ve always used the Project Menu (yes, it would be better to have the 2 options one above the other), but I won’t again!

time to figure it out, after desperately looking for blank rows in a
very large file. The problem was due to my trying to export via menu,
instead of my usual method of right-clicking on the file in the
project explorer, and not noticing that like you I was trying to
export the entire project.
Maybe as a default "Export translated file" should be moved to right
below "Export translated project" in the Project menu.
