      Dear Group,

I just had a brilliant idea on how to overcome the defilement of
laziness. Make a donation to the Fire Brigade!
Here in NSW Australia They have a huge
website but don't seem to accept donations. Any ideas?

      Thanks / Antony.

      Dear Group,

I've found dana more effective at overcoming defilements than meditation.

      In order to overcome lust,
I made large cash donations to the Rape Crisis Center.

When I'm worried I am catching a cold or that I have injured my knee
I make a deal with myself
to donate to the local Hospital if I turn out to be OK.

Does anyone have any other ideas about how to use dana to overcome
      defilements?

      Thanks / Antony.

I donated to the Women s Domestic Violence Crisis Service Appeal which should help with the defilement of anger.
