    Can you reccomend any websites that have huge collections of PIE words/roots? Like thousands, or tens of thousands or more?

        "Tens of thousands _or more_" is a tall order; it would be difficult
        to collect so much stuff even for a living language :), and the
        reconstruction of PIE is of necessity only fragmentary. You'll find
        many roots and words in the Leiden databases;

        Just don't take every form cited in Pokorny's dictionary at face
        value. The notation is rather outdated and some of the
        reconstructions are shakier than others. It's a very useful tool
        provided that one knows how to use it. And the best path to learning
        that is through reading and asking questions.
