Albanian valle 'circular dance' - Proto-Albanian form?

We are discussing about Albanian word valle 'kind of circular
dance' on Balkanika.
Any help related to a Proto-Albanian form of this word and/or
its PIE will be welcome.

the stress is/was in turkish but I made a search for finding some words
which have the stress on the last "�" and indeed there are some:
-of turkish origin:
sarm�, paft�, cerceve�, pl�se�, etc.
-of NeoGreek origin:
Aparently in every period of time there are words with the stress on the
last a" if one thinks at latin "catella" and Rom. "c�tse�".
