        Tomorrow is already the third Sunday of Spetember - can you believe it? Well, believe it or not, it's time for RFTB, that ultimate, user friendly, fun CW QRP Sprint, which is brought to you every month courtesy of the Flying Pigs Amateur Radio Club International.

        AND ..... K6JSS will be leaving the hands of our most capable Oregon friends before the Sprint begins - so we invite our California State friends to join in the fray and hand out some K6JSS QSOs.

        The time is the same as always:

        East coast - 9:00 to 11:00 PM local time
        Midwest - 8:00 to 10:00 PM local time
        Rockies - 7:00 to 9:00 PM local time
        West coast - 6:00 to 8:00 PM local time

          Tomorrow night is the May 2013 edition of the Run For The Bacon. That friendly lil' ol' QRP Sprint sponsored by your friends at the Flying Pigs QRP Amateur Radio Club International. Join us for a spell to have some fun and to say "Hi" to friends, old and new.

          If you're coming back from Dayton and have some energy left - join us (maybe on that new radio you just bought?) If you didn't go to Dayton - then have at it and have fun!

            Sunday Night is the June Run for the Bacon, a 2 hour QRP Sprint, sponsored by the Flying Pigs Amateur Radio Club, International.

            The Sprint runs from 9:00 - 11:00 PM EDT.

            Stations are worked once per band, but can be worked on multiple bands for QSO and S/P/C credit.

            Exchange: RST, SPC (State/Province/Country), FP# (non-members send power)

            QSO Points: Member = 3 points, DX members = 5 points, non member = 1 point

            SPC Multipliers: State/Province/Country total for all bands. The same SPC may be worked on multiple bands for SPC credit.

            Fifty (50) members worked Multiplier: Work 50 or more piggies = X 2 multiplier The same piggie may be worked on multiple bands for credit toward this multiplier.

            Power: QRP only ( qrp defined as 5 watts or less RF transmitter output)

            Final Score: (Total QSO points) * (total SPC) * 2 (if 50 or more members worked)

            Suggested Frequencies CW: 1812, 3562, 7044, 14062, 21062, 28062
            ***SPECIAL NOTE *** also check out 7104 KHz +/- an experimental new piggie frequency
