Here is a picture (from Vibroplex web site) highlighted to show the screw that you need to tighten.
You won't have a problem after you tighten that screw. No Loc Tite needed! Even old bug owners don't even know about this screw! It is hard to see!!!

Did you take a look at the back virw of the key for the little screw? You must take a long slotted (small) screwdriver to adjust it about 8 inches long (or 10 is better) to adjust it as you have to go under the vibrator to access it.
That's the screw that tightens the bottom trunnion screw.
Or did Vibroplex eliminate that screw - they've introduced "cost cutting" changes in the keys to keep the costs down - hams are so cheap they don't know the value of haivng things made right - especially keys.
Hams think a hand key should cost $20 and a bug $60.
They have no idea the real cost for a bug is about $350 these days - unless you do it at home for little money.
