      Hello all.

I've been a ham for 36 years and recently got more active with a new
Icom IC-718. After getting involved in some straight key groups I
decided that I needed to get a bug.

The next thing I know, I've made a purchase on eBay for a nice looking
Vibroplex Original and now I'm waiting for delivery.

Today, I got a confirmation from Vibroplex of my order for a 100th
Anniversary Original Bug. This is a "second" that they are selling
for $157.46. I guess they have found some more of them from somewhere.

After using an Iambic keyer for several years, I probably have a lot
of work ahead of me but I'm sure it will be rewarding.

Looks like I'm already hooked, huh?

        Randy;

I've done the same on ebay, got a 50's champion for my
vintage station and 80's never used original for my
ICOM 765. Both work great! Had to slow down the
Original with the vari-speed, works great! I also had
to go from paddle to bug. Does take some practice.
Still alot of fun! Also use SK most of the time now!

Joining the new CW groups has revitelized my interest.
Used to chase DX until the sun went out.

        CU on the air.
