      Just a "heads up"
A person is selling early vibroplexes on Ebay for $1500 and up
with "Buy it now." I had been looking for a double lever, and I
contacted him about his - selling for $1500.00. There is one
picture that shows the key - it has no weights visible, it's not
possible to tell if the trunnion is the "cloverleaf" pattern, and
there appears to be some kind of modification between the dash and
dot levers tying them together! The dash knob is missing.
Here's how he responded about the key:
"Your guess is as good as mine. It's in my vault."
If you bid on one of his auctions - get out your magnifying
      glass - caveat emptor.

years ago - I guess someone told him they were to become rare some day
        - he has been trying to unload them for more than he paid (overpaid)
for them for the past 10 years.

Good biding - buy a GHD dual lever if you want a good dual lever bug.

Thank you. I thought it rather strange. I do have a GHD double lever, and I have a vibroplex as well. I keep that GHD in my vault
because it's too beautiful to use!

Which do you like better? If it isn't the Vibroplex, now I'm sure
that the GHD should be taken from the vault immediately and the
            Vibroplex sold!
