There is a file in our files section called Secrets of Bug Success.txt
Care, Adjustment and use of Semi-Automatic keys.

Also in the files section is Bug_Adjusting_Cleaning_Sending.txt
Vibroplex Adjustment, Cleaning and Sending Technique

I believe the Bug Adjusting, Cleaning, version is an incomplete older
      version of the first file.

Getting back with some results on the plexiglass
bug that I built. And by-the-way, thanks to all
that emailed me with ideas. Very helpful.

The bottom line......the thing is VERY temperature
sensitive. The spacing of the dots varies greatly
with a difference in room temperature. Well, it is
        plastic.....not real metal.....Grin!

So, looks like it is back to the drawing board.

I will say, that a plexiglass straight key or a
plexiglass side-swiper (Cootie key) is easily a
do-able project, but the plex bug has problems.

Thanks again for the helpful comments!
