      Don't have time to run references, but I'd start with Ray Brown's
      Death of the Messiah (esp. on dates), Maurice Casey's Aramaic Sources
      of Mark's Gospel (on Passover), and Ed Sanders's Judaism (on mikvaot;
      check his references to the archaeological work of Ronnie Reich, I
      think is the name).

      (As I once told a friend, all I have to face life with is a
      bibliography.)
