      "theologians" of today either totally deny "double
      predestination" (like so many Lutherans) or deal with it so
      weakly as to allow God some sovereignty in it, but only
      negatively so (like Sproul's "positive-negative" election
      scheme).<br><br>Preterition, by which I mean that passing-by of some, that
      "not choosing" of them for eternal life, is certainly
      part of the predestination to death, but it is not the
      only part.<br><br>"Q. 13. What hath God especially
