      I have more concern for Heb. 13:17a:  "Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account."    A believer should be able to name those who "rule over"  him or her. 
      There are a number of things we may be concerned about for the health and well being of the church:  pure worship (including adherence to the Regulative Principle, Psalm singing, non use of instruments, and non-observance of 'holy days'), Presbyterian government, the Establishment Principle, etc.  However, these are not the marks of the church.  If a church faithfully preaches God's Word, administers the Sacraments and biblical discipline, it is a church. 
      If I could not find a biblical church locally, I'd move or join a congregation at a distance and travel there as often as I could.  However, to exclude myself from accountability to a church is to excommunicate myself.
