All of the situations listed are African American:

We have three situations now, one baby boy in Mississippi due in three weeks,
the birthmother is 19 and has a 2 year old, the birthfather will consent and
all of the pre-natals are normal no drugs or alcohol. She called me last
night to see if I had a match for her, she is very eager to solidify her
      plans.

Another birthmother in Mississippi is due in Nov. she is 20, she is in a 4
year RN program, she has finished two years of her Bachelors, she has a two
year old with the same birthfather, he will consent. All pre-natals are
normal, and she is very definite about placing.

The third birthmom is in Mississippi, she is 19, she has a 2 year old girl
and a 10 mos. old son, she is due in October, but her ultrasound will be
scheduled Aug. 6th, sex is unknown, birthfather is gone, so his rights will
      have to be terminated.

Our fee on these situations is $7500, our fee for Caucasian and Biracial
situations is $9800, the legal fees will depend on whether or not you want to
finalize in Mississippi before you go home, or whether you want to finalize
in your home state. Legals should be between $2500 and $5000 for everything,

      Thank you,
      The Chosen Child

closed adoption. Fees will be $12,000 (which includes the agency fee,

Code-Nowell- Birthmother due April 5th with a Caucasian baby girl
(1/16 Native American, which will be no problem with the tribe).
The birthmother lives in Oahu Hawaii. She and the birthfather are
married, were homeless and living here and there with different
friends, but the agency put them into a motel for now. They hope to
have them matched soon or will have to extend the motel stay,
which is more expensive for the adoptive couple than setting them up
in an apt. The birthmother is 27 and the birthfather is 31. The
birthfather will sign. They placed their 1 and 3 year old children
together for adoption a couple of years ago, then she had an
abortion and then found herself pregnant again with this baby. No
drugs or alcohol. She smokes about 3 cigarettes a day but is trying
to quit. The birthparents want an open adoption, with pictures and
letters, phone calls, and possibly visits later on.
The couple that adopted their 1 and 3 yr. olds promised contact and
then moved right after the adoption, and they have no way of
contacting them, so they want to make sure that contact stays in
place. They would like to get to know the adoptive couple during her
pregnancy. They want an open minded couple that is not "overly
religious" as they put it, and lives in either Hawaii, Washington
State, Oregon, or California ONLY. They will need about $1,200 a
month for living expenses for Jan.-April plus what motel expenses
etc. the agency has already paid thus far. They will need to be set
up in an apt. here in the next week or so. Fees will be around
$18,000 plus legals and travel, which includes my fee, agency fee
          and birthmother expenses.

Birthmother in Chicago Illinois, due Feb. 7th with a full Caucasian
baby boy. The birthmother is receiving prenatal care and has Cobra
insurance through her job. She is a special Ed. teacher. The
birthmother is bipolar but has not been on any medication since she
was 5 weeks pregnant. She has no other children and does not wish
to be a single mom. The birthfather will sign. The birthmother
does not smoke, drink or use drugs. She would like pictures and
letters after placement. She ONLY wants a Jewish couple, as she
herself is Jewish. She would like a stay at home mom if possible
and a couple with no more than 1 child. She is not open to singles
or same sex couples. Fees will be $20,000 plus your travel. That
includes my fee, facilitator fee, legals and all birthmother
          expenses.

          Code-Amanda-Birthmother due in mid-March with a 3/4 Caucasian 1/4
African American baby, sex unknown. Birthmother has not had
prenatal care thus far other than a pregnancy test, but will begin
soon. No drugs or alcohol. The birthmother smokes 1 pack of
cigarettes a week. The birthmother is with the father of her 3
children (not the birthfather of this baby) and wants it to work, so
is placing this baby that is not his. The birthfather of this baby
left as soon as he found out she was pregnant. Fees will be $18,000
          plus travel and medicals.

Code-Edonna-Full AA baby girl due Feb. 15th The birthmother is in
Maryland right now but will be relocated to either Kansas or S.C. to
deliver. Birthmom is 34, birthfather unknown. No drugs, alcohol,
or smoking. Birthmother wants an AA or AA/Biracial couple, or AA or
Biracial single ONLY. She would like them to not have more than 1
or 2 children already. Birthmom is parenting a 15 yr old, 7 yr. old
and 15 mo. old already. She is receiving prenatal care and is on
Medicaid. The birthmother would like to get to know the adoptive
couple or single before the birth, but either wants limited or no
contact after placement. Fees will be $6,400 plus travel and
legals. $4,400 of that will be due upon match.

I also have 2 other situations for full African American couples
          only.
