      The 1802's "LOAD" mode (both CLEAR and WAIT pins low) is used by the
      keypad and hex LED display. The 1804/5/6 do not have "LOAD" mode.
      Instead, "LOAD" mode is the same as "RUN" but enables internal ROM and RAM.

      Pin 16 on the 1802 is VCC (tied to +5v). Pin 16 on the 1804/5/6 becomes
      an I/O pin used for memory chip select. Read the data sheet for your
      particular chip carefully to see what to do with this pin.
