- May 1, 2006The rom is a 28 pin .6" dip. Jameco does not carry the DIP version of
this chip, but you can get it at either digikey or mauser. or of
course you can just uses a standard 27c256 EPROM. the 27c256OTP is
pin compatable but just one write.
