      American enterprise rises to solve the energy crisis with UL safety
      rated corn stoves. The ID Fan is the latest enhancement. Since early
      1990 the corn stove experience has been perfected over time to make
      heating home with biomass an affordable, safe, healthy, comfortable,
      exercise intensive option.

      Corn stoves are not for the lazy. Corn stoves are for hardy warm
      hearted survivors.

      Technically speaking, for biomass energy sources, the ignition
      temperature varies with pressure, available oxygen, size of fuel
      particle, moisture content, catalyst, etc. With recent UL approval to
      safely combust biomass fuels of various descriptions, corn, grain,
      wood, waste, garbage, perhaps the following information will be
      useful.

      At ambient pressure of 14.696 psia the minimum explosible
      concentration of dried biosolids from Hyperion with 0% moisture is
      150 - 320 gm/m(3). Corn starch and coal dust ignite at approximately
      50 gm/m(3). The minimum ignition temperature for Hyperion dried
      biosolids is 355 degrees C or 671 deg F and the minimum oxygen
      concentration for combustion of a dust cloud varies from 15 to 16% by
      volume.

      Corn content is 34% Hydrogen producing a blue flame and over 60%
      carbon producing a yellow flame. Correct fuel air mixture produces a
      virtually invisible flame. Corn combustion is chemically described as
      Cn + H 2n+2

        UL approves the ID Fan Vent Kit for use with solid fuels of whole
        kernel shelled corn and wood pellets.

        The entire stove operates under a slight vacuum with the ID fan in
        service. Under vacuum with the ID fan installed any potential leakage
        is sucked into the stove and expelled outside through the exhaust pipe.
        Room air quality is constantly being improved with the ID fan in
        service. Any leakage including an exhaust pipe leak is exhausted
        outside the house and does not comformise room air quality nor deplete
        the per centage of room oxygen. Any room contaminants, cleaning
        vapors, and household material outgassing vapors are constantly being
        sucked into the stove, subjected to combustion and exhausted outside
        the house with the ID fan in service.

        The ID fan is located outside the house to constantly vacuum clean the
        house. Super insulated homes with double moisture barriers and zero
        leakage can be satisfied that the room air quality will be constantly
        improved with the ID fan in operation. Fresh oxygen filled outside air
        will constantly replenish stale room air as the ID fan will vacuum
        fresh air in reverse through existing room vents, bathroom vents,
        kitchen range vent, sink vents, gas vents, fireplace damper vent leaks,
        open doors, and non-intentional leak paths of electrical, piping,
        insulation or construction material air leak paths once sealed that may
        become conformised.

        And just for fun consider the following trivia questions:

        Doesn't the ID Fan resolves for once and for all concerned, the age old
        question of whether outside air leaks into the house? Or does inside
        air leak outside the house.

        Aren't contaminants, cold and frozen germs sucked into the hot corn
        flames, subjected to intense temperature, rapid combustion with fuel,
        disfigured beyond recognition, and expelled into the cold outside
        atmosphere.
        And if the little suckers survive, aren't they repeated subjected to
        chemical equations or DNA alterning heat treatments until they give up,
        quit, or blow away to visit another?
