Cookbook from Tegernsee monastery

one of the articles about the Tegernsee monastery cookbook is available
online (old publication from 1864 so it's in the public domain):
The recipes from the cookbook are the ones for Lent ("Fastenzeit"),
and they are on pp. 225 - 232 of the pdf (corresponds to pp. 197 - 205
of the publication), p. 207 of the publication is p. 234 of the pdf.
and p. 206 seems not to have been scanned.
The "recipes" are lists of the amounts of the individual ingredients,
all calculated for 40 people. I didn't see any detailed instructions.
