- I've been thinking you may need a prep./conjunction "with respect to" ~ "concerning..."
It could come in handy in a lot of the Engl. phrasal verbs--- to be tired of...., to talk about...., and many others.
As for the present problem: how about a version/paraphrase of "the man's behavior is good wrt his dog.'" But I see you've kind of done that in Sent. #59.

For the time being I've solved the "He is good to the dog" problem by
introducing a new class of verbs that demand an indirect object. It
looks like it might be pretty useful also for sentences like "This
fruit tastes good to me.", but as always, I reserve the right to
rewrite history and change it later on.
It would be nice to mull these things over, but I need to keep forging
ahead if I'm going to get through the text in 30 days. Which, in a
way, is the whole purpose of the 30-day deadline. To prevent me from
over-thinking things and forever postponing making a decision.

along with the current dictionary with 108 English words and 67 conlang words.
