      Haha, most of the time I use pen and paper-- I'm a newbie at getting them onto the computer. Making alternate alphabets and substitution ciphers is part of what got me interested in conlanging in the first place. A quick Google search will bring up a number of tutorials, how-to's and online tools. PaintFont.com looks fairly straightforward to use (and free), though I have yet to try it.
