Interesting rendezvous in January

Some interesting rendezvous in January:
* Bright comet P/2003 K2 = P/2008 X4 will be near by M107 in early
January. Another bright comet 144P/Kushida will be pass through
Hyades cluster in late January.

M107 (Gb) 10.0' 16h32m.5 -13o03' 8.1 mag
2009 Jan. 30 3h UT 0.519 deg ( 31.1 arcmin)
144P/Kushida 04h19m.4 +16o09' 9.0 mag
Mel25 (OC) 330' 04h19m.5 +15o38' 0.8 mag
* Now C/2007 D1 locates near by M61, where a bright supernova
discovered by Itagaki exists.
2009 Jan. 1 14h UT 0.605 deg ( 36.3 arcmin)
C/2007 D1 ( LINEAR ) 12h23m.6 +04o01' 18.0 mag
SN 2008in in M61 12h22m.0 +04o29' 14.3 mag
* Two comets, 117P and P/2008 Q2, will be very close. Both comets are
predicted to be around 19 mag, but both may be somewhat brighter.
