      The perfect introduction! Learn the basics of yoga: alignment,
      stretching, standing and seated poses, as well as breathing
      techniques. This class will ease students into an awareness of their
      own bodies through a gentle approach to classical yoga postures and
      stretches. Also wonderful for those who like their yoga to be gentle
      and not super-athletic! Strongly recommended for newcomers, seniors,
      pregnant women (with the instructor's permission) and those with
      special needs. This class is open to anybody and is designed to meet
      the needs of people of all ages and body types. Please come with an
