Tibetan Heart Yoga is a classical tradition of yoga that unites
the "outside" methods (wor king with the physical postures and
breath) with the traditional "inside" methods (ethical living,
meditation, philosophical training, and correct worldview) into a
powerful synthesis the ancients called royal yoga.

Thai Yoga is a soot hing rhythmic healing art sometimes called Thai
bodywork. It incorporates acupressure, deep tissue manipulate ion,
and a flow of assisted stretches and techniques, many derived from
yoga asanas. It is deeply relaxing and restorative. It's a unique
form that has evolved over centuries in Thailand, yet still reveals
its roots in the medical traditions of China (acupressure), Japan
(shiatsu), and India (yoga and ayurveda).
