      17th Avenue All-Stars Reunion Concert

      The 17th Avenue All-Stars continue to be recognized as one of the bright stars of the contemporary a cappella scene. They are Three-Time Western Regional Winners and National Champions of the Harmony Sweepstakes, the “super bowl” of a cappella music competition.

      They began 17 years ago at a club called “Acappellas” on 17th Avenue. Norm, Robert A., Jake, and Jeff were the original members. Since then,

      17 other professional singers have grown this audience-pleasing entertainment into Colorado’s Premier Vocal Group.

      This gala Reunion Concert features founding members:
      Jake Schroeder (Opie Gone Bad)
      Robert Anderson (Devotion)

      With 1993 National A Cappella Champs:
      La Tanya Hall (Dreamgirls/Harry Belafonte world tours)
      Robert Johnson (Star Search finalist & Robert Johnson Band)

      Other recent alumni performers will include:
      Jimi Alexander
      Jacquelyn Farrell
      Zach Freeman - legendary vocal percussionist

       8-10p          Family Concert with All-Stars past and present

      10-12a          Party and Dance with special friends and Denver Favorites: Laura Newman and the A.O.A. Band

      Ticket Pricing:
      VIP Party and show:     $60 or $100 per couple
      General Admission:      $17; $7 children 12 and under

      The Reunion Concert event will also feature a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit Lost and Found Inc. – which provides residential and therapeutic care services for child, teen, family and adult. www.lostandfoundinc.org.

      An additional donation will be given to the National Jewish Hospital for Asthma Research in the name of never-to-be-forgotten member Jeff Harris.
