      MUR numbering was indicative of the capacity & ownership:600
      channel(1MG) MUR's were designated 1-99 for LL and 101-149 for
      Associated Companies(often joint owned with LL);as the LL TD2 radio
      channel capacity was increased to 900 channels(1 1/2MG) the MUR was
      151-199;1200 channels(2 MG) 201 up;1500 channels(2 1/2 MG) 251 up;1800
      channels(3 MG) 301 up.
