        POE's were a serious concern in Long Lines;any broadband(MG or
        more),TV, and priority gov't circuit outage had to be reported
        immediately, 24/7 ,to District level management;they were measured as
        part of an office's performance index,and could affect a supervisors
        rating & compensation.

        TV switching & broadband restoration patches/switches required a
        double check by another tech where available.

        Virginia CO's had their own prevention logo which i will post when i
        can find it.
