      I did find the fiber near the SR18/I-77 interchange. There is a marker just
      past the first intersection west of the interstate on the north side (near
      the medical clinc). This is in all likelyhood one of the routes out of the
      facility. I guess I'll have to work my way out there again and see if I
      can make better sense of what does go into the facility.
