Anyone know anything about dedicated secure fiber routes for gov't
agencies/DoD in the Dallas,San Antonio area in the 1980's by this company?

Another related tip from the 1980's: a junction of 3 fiber routes in a swamp
near Dallas with an unmarked building east of the junction(no AT&T marked
      buildings nearby).
