      Yes you are right. In Korea, the high prevalence
      of being B antigen positive is due to perinatal
      transmission of virus from mother to fetus. The infection
      during early age like this, especially perinatal
      infection by vertical transmission, will lead to chronic
      hepatitis in more than 90% of cases. But this can be
      prevented by immediate injection of Ab and vaccine after
      delivery.<br><br>Hepatorenal syndrome is a status very much like prerenal ARF.
      But even if hypovolemia is corrected, kidney won't
      function. Persistent renal vessel constriction is thought
      as the cause. The occurence is correlated with
      hepatic function. So, if this occurs, it means mostly
      severe hepatic failure is going on.
